Conflict of Interest
Ad-hoc COI Declaration
As always, staff shall make an ad-hoc declaration as soon as you are aware of any potential or apparent conflict of interest.
If you are not required to take part in the Annual Declaration, you should still take note of the Conflict of Interest and the related policies.
Where necessary, you should complete an ad-hoc declaration if you are aware of any potential or apparent conflict.
Unlike the Annual COI Declaraiotn, a Nil returns is not required.
Offline COI Declaration Form
Staff members who are not a Full-time staff members, they have to complete the offiine declaration and contact the respective Faculty Administrators to complete a proxy submission.
